My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We guarantee that the quality of products will meet or exceed your expectations. The products that you purchase through Wellspace should arrive in perfect condition. If you feel that anything in your order is damaged or defective, contact Wellspace Support within 7 days of your order being delivered. Wellspace Support will arrange for a replacement to be sent or for a refund to be made to your original payment method. Please include the order number and tracking number in your email along with photos of the damaged item(s).
