Where do I add/update the tracking number information for a new order?

If you connected your products via Shopify, please update the order in Shopify with the tracking number. As soon as this is done, our system will automatically pick up the tracking number and send this information on to the customer.

If you connected your products via Spreadsheet, please reply to the new order notification email with the order's tracking number and carrier. This information will then be picked up by our system and sent to the customer.
