Stock levels and regular retail prices are synced automatically with your Shopify shop. NOTE: If inventory is set at less than 0 in your Shopify shop, items will be listed as 'out of stock.' To change this, you will need to update the inventory levels in your Shopify shop to greater than 0. If you need a product description updated after your listings have been created, please contact Partner Support.
Inventory updates sent via API every 24 hours at a minimum.
It is critical that stock levels, regular retail prices, and descriptions are kept accurate and up-to-date at all times. You must notify Partner Support immediately of any changes. This is critical to minimizing order cancellations from out-of-stock issues. Any changes must be communicated to Partner Support at least 3 business days in advance of the change going into effect.
You can submit new SKUs for consideration at any time by contacting Partner Support. Partner Support reviews all new submissions and reserves the right to edit or reject submissions.
